The Communities Over Cages Alliance, a coalition formed by Women on the Rise with the inclusion of over 40 Atlanta organizations, is denouncing the introduction of legislation to lease the ACDC to Fulton County to cage up to 700 people. This legislation directly goes against what Mayor Andre Dickens promised community members during continuous partnership to decriminalize Atlanta.
