Join the Communities Over Cages: Close the Jail ATL Campaign on January 7th at 1pm in City Hall as City Council hears our legislation to create a Design Team to determine the future of Atlanta's extra jail.
The Communities Over Cages Campaign knows that Black formerly-incarcerated women, trans and gender nonconforming people of color, and others disproportionately impacted by Atlanta's extra jail have already taken our future into our own hands with the launch of this campaign- now it's time for Atlanta City Council to join us as we introduce legislation that will firmly place community in the driver's seat!
